Casteldoglio S.r.l. farm has its work place in the same land where it's set the farm house.
Upon an expanse of about 20 hectares at a height among 330 and 450 metres asl besides a traditional olive grove, the farm realized a modern implant of intensive olive grove, for a total of 5500 plants cultivated in monocone form. The chosen cultivars respect those ones traditionally employed in Umbria: frantoio, leccino, moraiolo, with others varieties such as pendolino and kalamata.
Olives, gathered with mechanical instruments at the beginning of November, are cold crushed in Pian delle Vigne oil-press, in Collelungo, with a continuous cycle system.
